Once your Service Coordinator submits authorization, deliveries usually begin within a few business days. Many clients eat their first FreshMeals dinner within a week of calling us.
Renal (low sodium, controlled potassium and phosphorus), diabetic and carb‑controlled, cardiac / heart‑healthy, gluten‑free, pureed and mechanical‑soft (IDDSI Levels 4–6), and high‑protein senior portions.
Meals arrive cold or frozen in food‑safe packaging, ready to be refrigerated or frozen. Most heat in 2–3 minutes in the microwave. Reheating instructions are printed on each meal.
Yes. We rotate weekly menus and accommodate preferences, allergies and cultural cuisines whenever possible. Tell us what you like and don't like during intake.
