FreshMeals exists because Pennsylvanians on Waiver programs deserve better than reheated factory food. We cook real meals — from scratch, by trained chefs, reviewed by registered dietitians — and deliver them free to your door.
Based in Philadelphia, we serve OBRA Waiver and Community HealthChoices (CHC) participants. Core delivery routes cover Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester counties; we also serve Lehigh, Northampton, Berks and Lancaster, and review requests from anywhere in Pennsylvania. How we work with Service Coordinators
When a client or family contacts us, we verify Waiver enrollment, reach out to the Service Coordinator, and handle the authorization paperwork ourselves. The client never has to chase forms. Once approved, meals start arriving within days — typically within the same week.
We track delivery confirmations, dietary updates, and clinical changes so coordinators always have visibility. If a client's diet order changes, we adjust the menu on the next cycle.
